The hotel's location is perfect, being close to public transport and the biggest shopping street in the city. it is conveniently situated near the train stations, making it easy to explore the area. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day off right. The view from the room was amazing, overlooking a bustling street.

The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and not up to par with the hotel's price.

The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with very comfortable beds. It is conveniently located with good transport links, including a tram station across the road and a 5-minute walk to the underground. The customer service is excellent, with apologies and explanations given in response to any issues, and even compensation offered.

They even offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The hotel also had a fantastic spa and wellness center, where I enjoyed a relaxing massage and used the sauna and jacuzzi. The amenities in the room, such as the flat-screen TV and electric kettle, added convenience to my stay. this hotel provided top-notch service and quality.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center. the value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices and great attention to detail. Secondly, the location was perfect, with quick access to transportation and a variety of attractions nearby. Lastly, the staff were very accommodating and friendly, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. I was impressed with the basic amenities in the rooms, including a TV with 21 channels, and the breakfast spread was outstanding, with plenty of options for vegans and those on a gluten-free diet.

All was satisfactory and nothing stood out as needing improvement.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room I stayed in was wonderfully quiet and had very dark curtains, made for a peaceful and restful sleep. The ample closet space was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, one of the best I've ever had. The staff at the front desk were friendly and made us feel very welcome. The added bonus of having a whirlpool and infrared sauna on the top floor was a nice touch. The convenient location with a subway/tram station just across the street made getting around the city easy.

We stayed at Arcotel for 4 days for our trip to explore the city. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The location was perfect, close to public transportation, restaurants, and a supermarket. The breakfast had a great variety of options, including soy, lactose-free, and gluten-free choices. The hotel also had a nice spa area and the room was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the Iranian restaurant "Pars" nearby and the hotel's own restaurant with delicious steaks.

The hotel bar had a cafeteria feel and could use some improvement in terms of ambiance. , it was empty on one night and very busy on the next, resulting in slower service.
